Refund & Exchange Policy – CoolFool
1. Applicability of Policy
By choosing to shop at CoolFool or initiating a request for exchange/replacement, you agree to be bound by the terms listed in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on CoolFool.club.
CoolFool reserves the right to update or amend this policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
2. Return, Exchange & Replacement Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for any orders placed through our website or offline stores. However, we want your experience with us to be smooth and hassle-free. Hence, we offer replacements or size exchanges under the conditions below:

You can raise a replacement or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

This is applicable only in cases of:

Incorrect size received

Product damage during shipping

Manufacturing defects

Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 48-72 hours. Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your area (based on pincode).
3. Condition for Acceptance
To be eligible for exchange/replacement:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Products returned in visibly used or poor condition will be rejected and sent back.

Post pickup, the item will undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our facility. Once cleared, your request will be processed.
Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery of exchanged products.
4. What if the Size/Product is Unavailable?
If your requested size/product is not available, you will receive a store credit (gift card) of the same value, valid for 6 months. This credit can be used on our website or at any of our offline events/pop-ups.
5. Color, Print & Finishing Issues
We offer a 3-day post-delivery review period for issues such as:

Color bleeding

Print cracks
-
Stitching/finishing defects
If reported within 3 days, we will arrange a pickup and process an exchange. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Any eligible refund will be issued only in the form of a store credit gift card, valid for 6 months.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
